A graduation ceremony for students of Persian Language
courses was held at the International Center for Persian
Studies and Dehkhoda Lexicon Institute of University of
Tehran in Afshar Hall in 18 Jan 2011. In the ceremony,
attended by Dr Ali Afkhami, Director of the center,
educational and executive vice directors, faculty members,
instructors and a number of foreign students, Dr Afkhami
expressed hope that such ceremonies be held regularly in the
center so that the students can be graduated with sweet
memories. He added:"Iranians are a peaceful nation and have
a great history full of science and knowledge and the
graduated students in the center can take messages of peace
and knowledge from Iran to their own countries." Then, some
of the students talked about their funny memories in Iran.
In the end,
recognition of completion
were presented to the graduated
students.
