Persian Language Course in New Delhi Ends Persian Language and Literature course ending ceremony held in New Delhi. According to the General Office of Public Relations and Information of the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization, the ending ceremony of Persian Language Course was held in the History Section of New Delhi University, with presence of Ali Dehghani, the Cultural counsellor of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Jafari, the Head of the History Section of New Delhi University, Farughi and Shirin Masumi, professors of the university, and some students. In the ceremony, Mr Dehghani said: For the students of History, it is necessary to learn Persian , because the primary resources of the history of India are in Persian Language (Farsi) and researchers should be familiar with Persian Language and literature. Learning a new language opens a new window to the world and makes us familiar with the culture, thought, and attitude of the people of the related region. In the end, 22 level-2 students were given pass certificates.
